2010 year in review

The 2010 season was a bit disappointing; record wise. The team had a lack of experience coming into the season as we returned only 2 players who had significant playing time from the previous season. The lack of experience with the seniors and juniors made it necessary to bring a few underclassmen up to varsity level to fill-out the lineup. Throughout the season, as many 4 sophomores and 2 freshmen could be spotted in the starting lineup on any given gameday. Our record was a little misleading in that we were more competitive in most games than 4-25 shows. The 2010 team had 5 great seniors with great character and work ethic who will be missed in the 2011 season. The ability to play this many underclassmen has allowed for the program to get more varsity experience and more depth throughout our program. We have good leadership, work ethic and competitiveness coming back for the 2011 season.
