Schools of Choice Program 2013 -2014 school year
Wyoming Public Schools is participating in the Kent County Schools of Choice and the State 105c Programs for the 2013-14 school year.
Wyoming Public Schools is ONLY accepting new Schools of Choice students in grades K-5. We will not be accepting new students in grades 6-12 under this program.
Kent County Schools of Choice Program - 150 Openings (grades K-5)
150 students entering kindergarten through 5th grade will be accepted for buildings and grades where space is available. The application period is April 8 through May 31, 2013 at 4:00 pm. Applications are available at our administration office at 3575 Gladiola Ave SW. Wyoming, MI 49519

State 105c Plan (10 openings)
In addition to the county plan, Wyoming is accepting 10 students under the State 105c program. This is for students who live outside Kent County. The application period is May 18 through June 1 at 4:00 pm for this program. 105c applications are available at the Administration building, 3575 Gladiola Ave SW.
Important Information
- Students who have been suspended, expelled or convicted of a felony may be excluded
- Transportation is not provided
- The Michigan Athletic Association requires a student to wait one semester after enrolling in a new district (under Schools of Choice ) before participating in athletics
